90 Degree High Pressure Movable Elbow

Our 90-degree high pressure movable elbow is capable of carrying ultra-high pressure ratings of 42MPa-105MPa (6,000psi-15,000psi), with ultra-high pressure models up to 138MPa (20,000psi), to meet the harsh working conditions of the oil and gas industry. Designed for long service life, non-equal wall thickness forging + surface carburizing reinforcement, rotating ball path precision grinding, reduce the wear rate, service life increased by 30%. Multiple sealing protection, hydrogenated butyl rubber sealing ring + metal blowout ring + pressure relief hole design, to eliminate the risk of leakage, through the API 6A sealing test. Flexible adaptability, supports Tr100×12 thread, FIG1502 by nonen and other connection methods, completely interchangeable with SPM/FMC products.

Specification parameters:

Material: Mainly forged with high-strength alloy steel (such as 4715 alloy steel), some products use 304/304L stainless steel, taking into account the corrosion resistance and pressure-bearing capacity. The seals are made of hydrogenated butyl rubber and equipped with metal spray release rings and pressure relief holes to enhance safety and sealing.

Process: One-piece forging technology is adopted to ensure uniform wall thickness, smooth flow channels and dense organization. Heat treatment and tempering to improve material strength and surface gloss.
