Product Description

The core functions of our plug-in couplings are: torque transmission, dynamic compensation, vibration and noise damping, and the application scenarios include: industrial automation (shaft connection between motor and pump/compressor, such as API 671 standard equipment), energy and transportation (wind turbine drive system, ship power plant), precision manufacturing (CNC machine tools, robot joints, which require high concentricity and compact structure, such as ANSI CC type couplings ).

Shaft diameter range : 9mm - 115mm (supporting pilot holes, front/rear taper holes)

Nominal torque : 31Nm - 3150Nm (color graded according to insert)

Maximum speed : 5000rpm (service factor SF=1-3 to be selected according to load)

Operating temperature : -40°C to +120°C (high temperature resistant version available)

Material Approvals : ISO 12944 anti-corrosion coating, RoHS environmental standards, FDA food grade options (on request)

Mounting : Horizontal or vertical mounting, optional taper locking sleeve, QD sleeve quick locking
